DS Bike Protection is not responsible for defects / defects due to improper use or manipulation of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of it, are not included in this warranty.

- Defective goods:
In case the goods arrive defective the customer must contact us within 48 hours, via email / telephone and specify the defect presented in the product.
If the change is due to an error by the customer, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Otherwise, if the error is by DS Bike Protection the customer would receive the requested merchandise without additional cost.
